Refreshing Aam Panna Recipe
Aam panna is a refreshing summer cooler popular in northern and western parts of India. This recipe post shares the method of making aam panna concentrate as well as making aam panna drink. The aam panna concentrate stays good for a few months in the fridge.
So let's start the recipe
Ingredients
Raw mangoes -2 nos (medium sized)
Sugar -1 cup or according to your taste
Black salt -1/2tbs
Black paper -1/2 tbs
Few fresh mint leaves
Method
1- Boil the mangoes in a cooker with 2-3 whistle. Don't over cook the mangoes.
2- Peel off and collect the pulp of mangoes.
3- Now take the pulp in a jar and add sugar, salt and pepper in it. Blend them together by adding 1/2 cup of water in it.
4- Make a smooth paste which called concentrated Aam panna. You can preserve it for about one month in your fridge.
5- when you want to drink it add 1/2 cup concentrate Aam panna and 1/2 cup water. Your drink is ready.
Sugar can be less or more accordingly your taste.
