 Hello friends....
we all know very well that there is no medicine other medication therapy for covid-19. So you should stay at home but this is not possible for those who earned and feed their families. They had to go outside to earn their livelihood but what if you come in the contact of the virus.
There is only one way to escape yourself from the virus is Boost Your immunity.
For boost immunity you can use some product after boiling into the water which is called kadha. 
Kadha is a Ayurveda drink prepared with certain Herbs and spices.
Here is the recipe how to make kadha. The product we will use in it is also helpful to reduce the fat. So let's start the recipe of kadha.




Ingredients
 Ginger - 1 inch piece
 Clove- 5-6  nos
 Black pepper 1/4 tbs
 Cinnamon - 1 small piece
 One hand full Tulsi(basil) and curry leaves 
 Rock salt - 1/2 tbs
 Geggary or sugar according to your taste
 Turmeric  powder - 1/2 tbs
  Lemon juice - 1 tbs 
  Cardamom -  2-3 nos                                                 
                                                                            
                                                                            
 Method
1-  First of all take the clove, cinnamon, black paper, cardamom and Ginger. Grind all the ingredients with the help of grinder
2 - now take 4 glass of water in a saucepan and add powder species.
3 - Add basil and curry leaves in it.
4-  Let it boil until water remain 2 glass. 
5 - At this stage add turmeric powder, sugar or jaggery and salt according to your taste and let it boil for 2 minute again.turn off the flame. 
6 -Now we will add lemon juice in it.
 If you want to Lose your weight don't add sugar or jaggery in it.
 These spices are good to make our digestion system strong which help to reduce the weight.
Cinnamon is known as very good for lose weight you can add it in your  every food item which you going to eat for good result.

 You can try it for boost immunity 

For Boost Your immunity you can do regular exercise and should take a proper diet. Fermented food product and full of Vitamin C product are very good for eat during this pandemic situation.
