In the fast, you can try this gourd vegetable which is very easy to make. This vegetable is also rich in nutrients, if you make gourd vegetable in this way, then those who do not like gourd vegetable also like this.
So let's start making gourd vegetable.
PREPARATION TIME - 5 minutes
COOK TIME - 25 minutes
TOTAL TIME - 30 minutes

Ingredients
Bottle guard (loki) - 2 cup
Potato - 1 cup
Green chili - 3-4 nos
Fresh coriander leave - one hand full
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbs
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Salt according to taste
Ghee - 2tbs
Method
To make gourd vegetable, first of all we will cut potato and bottle guard in large pieces.
Then take a cooker and place the cooker on the gas to heat it. Once the cooker becomes hot, add ghee in it. When the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and let it crackle, after that we will put green chilies and potatoes in the cooker which we have already cut.
Fry the potatoes for a while. After frying the potatoes, add fasting salt, a little black pepper powder and turmeric powder in it. Saute all the spices for few minutes.
Now we'll put chopped gourd in it and stir it well.
Now we'll put tomato and ginger paste in it and run it well. Now we will cook the vegetable by covering it for a while.
Once the tomato becomes soft, we will add a cup of water and mix it well.
Now we will put the lid of the cooker and cook the vegetable till the cooker comes on medium heat for three to four whistles. We will turn off the gas when the vegetable is cooked. Our gourd vegetable is ready, garnish it with fresh chopped coriander.
Serve it with Puri and parathas..
