Baingan Bhaja is the nice combination of Brinjals slices and some spices which roasted both sides. This a healthy dish as Brinjal is full of iron and other supplements.
Have you ever heard about Baingan Bhaja recipe. If yes then you know how tasty dish is this, if no then you must try it once. It's very easy to make recipe and good for those who don't want to eat too much oil. For make it, wash the Brinjal and cut thick round shape. Soak it in the water otherwise it will become black.
Now take ginger, chili and garlic. Grind it roughly . Don't make smooth paste.
Add gram flour, turmeric powder coriander powder and salt in it. If you need, you can add 2-3 tbs water to make thick better.
Take all the slices of baingan and spread better both side of each Baingan slices.
Hot a nonstick pan or tawa and grease it with little oil and roast the better coated baingan from both sides till it becomes golden brown. Baingan Bhaja is basically Bengali dish which one they used as the side dish with fish.
Baingan Bhaja is less spicy dish so you can try it if you are spartan. This is very simple and tasty food.

Ingredients
Baingan (Brinjal or eggplant) - 1 (round shaped)
Turmeric powder - 1/2tbs
Coriander powder - 1/2tbs
Ginger - 1inch piece
Garlic - 7-8 cloves
Green chilies - 3-4 nos
Gram flour - 1 tbs
Salt according to your taste
Method
1-Wash the Brinjal and cut thick round shape. Soak it in the water otherwise it will become black.
2-Now take ginger, chili and garlic together. Grind it roughly . Don't make smooth paste.
3-Add gram flour, turmeric powder coriander powder and salt in it. If you need, you can add 2-3 tbs water to make thick better.
4- Gram flour gaves crispiness .
5-Take all the slices of baingan and spread better both side of each Baingan slices.
6-Hot a nonstick pan or tawa and grease it with little oil and roast the better coated baingan from both sides till it becomes golden brown.
Baingan Bhaja is ready to serve.
Serve it hot with roti or naan.
