Clever ways to use Left over food

Nobody will tell you these Smart trick / Clever ways to use your Left over food

Hello friends.....

Does it also happen to you that you make a dish and the things used in it are left. Many times our fridge is packed with such things and we do not understand how to consume them because the food items are not thrown in our Indian culture. You can use them very smartly and make some useful and healthy food item very easily. so today I will tell you how to use them.

1- If you have the leftover gram flour solution, you can also use it to make cheela. To make cheela, add chopped onion, green chilies and some fresh chopped coriander leaves in the remaining gram flour solution to make cheela. Cheela can be prepared on a pan or tawa as regular basis. Add salt only if necessary, because the remaining batter will have salt already.

2-If you have leftover pluses, then you can make it with dal parathas.

To make dal paratha, add the remaining dal in wheat flour, add a little chopped onion, a little chopped green chilli, and salt to taste and nead a soft dough. Now keep this dough for 10 to 15 minutes, after that the parathas made with this flour easily. Prathas are very tasty to eat and if it contains pulses, then they are also full of nutrients and your pulse is used in this way. Dal parathas become very soft as we follow this method.

3- If you have leftover coriander chutney , you can use it while making any vegetable, this will increase the taste of the vegetable and coriander chutney  will also be used but keep less salt in the vegetable because coriander chutney will already have salt.

4- If you have left your sugar syrup, then how to use it.

If the sugar syrup is thick, then sugar powder(tagar)can be prepared from sugar syrup, it is not spoiled for a long time and you can use it like sugar. With the help of Tagar, besan ladoos can be made. If you made ladoos with this sugar powder, the taste of ladoos will increase .

If the sugar syrup have thin consistency , you can make sweet cheela with sugar syrup or you can use this syrup while making sweet mango chutney or any other dish. If you want you can check my wheat flour cheela recipe. link is given below.
