 Gojha or chana dal Fara

Hello friends.....
Today's dish is belong to state UP and Bihar which is Chana dal Fara or gojha is steamed lentil chana dal stuffed dumplings. Gojha is a gujhiya shaped dumplings made from wheat flour (atta) and some other states it's made from rice flour . You can make it without oil or less oil. Gojha can cook two ways by boiling in water it and other one by steam it . Both ways are oil free and good for health as chana dal is full of nutrition.
If you add some crispness in it you can fry it with mustard seed and curry leaves.  Both ingredients make it more delicious and crisp.
