Homemade chaat masala/Chatpta chaat masala / Digestive chaat masala

Today I will share with you my Chatpta Chaat masala recipe which you can make easily at home with very few ingredients.
This chaat masala is very good in taste and helpful in stomach problems like bloating, acidity and stomach pain after over eating. You can use it in making your food or fruit tasty instantly.
So let's start this medical recipe of Chatpta Chaat masala.
PREPARATION TIME - 5 minutes
COOK TIME - 25 minutes
TOTAL TIME - 30 minutes

Ingredients
Black salt - 5 to 6 tbs
Black peppercorn - 2tbs
White salt - 2 to 3 tbs
Dried Red chilli - 3 to 4 nos
Cumin seeds - 5 to 6 tbs
Asofatida (hing) - 1/2 tbs
Amchur powder - 1tbs
Method
1- Take cumin seeds in a pan and roast it on a low to medium flame. Do not burn it. 2- After roasted cumin take out immediately in a plate and now we will roast black peppercorns and red chillies for about 4-5 minutes.
3- After cooling down cumin, black pepper and chillies take rest all ingredients in a blender jar.
4- Blend it in a fine powder form.
5- Chaat masala is ready. Store in a air tight glass jar.
You can store it for 2 to 3 months.
