 Paneer is made from milk. Paneer is Indian cottage cheese and I think it is the most popular ingredient in whole India, recipes are different. To archive a good quantity and quality of paneer you should always use full fat milk. 
 Today we will learn how to make paneer. Paneer is a dish that is liked by everyone, whether it is children or older. Paneer is the only thing from which we can make so many dishes, how many ways can we make vegetables with cheese or even a lot of sweets. Although paneer is easily available in the market, but homemade cheese is something else, it is very fresh and tasty. If we talk about its nutrients, then it is very healthy and full of properties.To make paneer, first take milk in a pan or a deep vessel and boil till it comes to a boil, turn off the gas when the milk comes to a boil.Now slowly start adding lemon juice or vinegar to the milk. I have used vinegar here.Milk will start bursting by adding lemon juice or vinegar. Stir the milk with the help of a spoon until the milk clot and water separate. Spread cotton or muslin cloth on a sieve and strain it.By filtering, the water and clot of milk will separate. Now wash the cheese gathered on the cloth with some water, which removes the sourness of lemon or vinegar.Now tie the cheese in a cloth and remove all its water and place the cheese on a plate or similar surface and place a heavy object on it.Paneer will be ready in 2-3 hours, after 2 hours take the paneer out of the cloth and dip in the a bowl full of water. Keep it in the fridge.

PREPARATION TIME - 5 minutes

COOK TIME - 2 hours15  minutes

TOTAL TIME - 2 hours 30  minutes

SERVINGS -  3-4

 ingredients

1 liter milk

2 -3 teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar

Method 

1-To make paneer, first take milk in a pan or a deep vessel and boil till it comes to a boil, turn off the gas when the milk comes to a boil.




2-Now slowly start adding lemon juice or vinegar to the milk. I have used vinegar here.

3-Milk will start bursting by adding lemon juice or vinegar. Stir the milk with the help of a spoon until the milk clot and water separate. Spread cotton or muslin cloth on a sieve and strain it.



4-By filtering, the water and clot of milk will separate. Now wash the cheese gathered on the cloth with some water, which removes the sourness of lemon or vinegar.





5-Now tie the cheese in a cloth and remove all its water and place the cheese on a plate or similar surface and place a heavy object on it.



6-Paneer will be ready in 2-3 hours, after 2 hours take the paneer out of the cloth and dip in the a bowl full of water. Keep it in the fridge.

Use the water left over tearing the cheese; This water which is separated from milk is nutritious.

 Keep in mind that do not add lemon juice or vinegar to the milk while it is boiling, turn off the gas only after the milk goes over it and after 2 minutes add vinegar or lemon juice to the milk, this will not make your cheese hard and will not scatter.
