Malai Bread Recipe

 Hello friends

 Today I will tell you very quick and easy recipe which you can try for your breakfast. It's malai bread. Everyone love this recipe even your child.
So let's start the recipe.




Ingredient 
Bread - 4-5 slice 
Rava/ suji - 3-4 tbs
Malai - 1/2 cup
Salt according to your taste 
Green chilies - 2 nos
Finally chopped onion - 1/4th cup
One  hand full Coriander leaves 
Butter for roast bread


Method 
1-   First of all we will roast Suji or Rava on a low flame about 6 to 7 minutes and let's it cool.  
2-  Take half cup Malai in a bowl and add roasted suji or Rava in it . Mix it very well. 
3-  now we will add chopped green chilies, chopped onion and fresh chopped  coriander leaves in it. 
4- Mix the salt according to your taste. 
5- Now take a tawa or non stick pan. Put the pan on the flame and allow it to hot not too much. 
5- Take a break slice and one side of bread spread the mixture on it. 
6- Now the side of spreaded mixture will be done on the tawa. 
7- Roast the bread till become golden. Do not burn it. Roast it from another side also with using ghee or butter. 
8- serve it hot with catch up.
 If you are cooking it for your child you can escape chilies.
