Quick and soft Dosa/ Neer Dosa / Rice Dosa

Today will make a new kind of dosa which is very easy to make, soft and tasty. You can try this dosa for your breakfast recipe. This nice and lovely Dosa called Neer Dosa.
Rice - 1 cup (any aged)
Salt according to your taste
Water - 2 to 3 cup
Grated fresh coconut
Oil for greasing
Method
1- First of all we wash the rice clearly and soaked for 4-5 hours or overnight.
2- Drain all the water from the rice and blend it nicely with one cup of water.
If you add too much water, rice will not grind well.
3- Now add salt and water in it. Mix it well. 4- Make the consistency of batter is like butter milk. It shouldn't be too thick.
5- For one cup rice I consumed approx 2 cup of water to make it watery consistency.
6- Now batter is ready to make Dosa.
For cook the Dosa, take a non stick pan or a iron pan.
7- Grease it with oil with a small kitchen cloth or napkin very well.
8- Stir the batter and take one ladle full batter.
9- Spread the batter on the pan as we do for other Dosa and fill the gap otherwise Dosa will cruse.
10- After spreading the Dosa cover it with a lid until it cooks.
11- Dosa should be cook from one side so there is no need to flip it and don't make it brown. Cook it on low flame and make it white.

12- Now fold it in triangular shape and serve.
For next Dosa you have to grease pan again with oil and spread it with cotton napkin. So your next Dosa will become perfect.
Server it hot with coconut chutney, sambhar or veg corma.
