You can try it in your breakfast or snacks . yon can enjoy it as your dessert.
So let's start the wheat flour sweet cheela recipe.

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour - 2 cup
sugar or jaggery - 1 cup
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Oil
Dry fruits finally chopped
Milk - 1/2 cup

Method of preparation

To make wheat flour cheela, first filter the wheat flour in a vessel. Add finally chopped dry fruits and a pinch of baking soda or sweet soda.

By adding baking soda or meetha soda, our cheela will become very soft.

Now we are going to add sugar in it. You can increase or decrease the sugar according to your taste.

If you want to make cheela healthier you can add jaggery indeed of sugar. but children does not like jaggery so i'm adding sugar.

Now mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spoon, after adding all the ingredient we will add milk slowly and make a smooth batter.

Do not add too much milk or water at the same time, which makes the batter thin, so pour water slowly and keep stirring with the help of a spoon or whisk. Batter should not be so thin or thick, just to create a flowing consistency.

Keep stirring batter until the sugar dissolves well and the solution becomes very smooth. Keep in mind that there should be no kidney in the solution.

Now our batter is ready to make cheela.

To roast the cheela, place a non stick pen or tawa on the gas to heat it.

Once the pan is hot, spread the refined oil on it well then spread a thin layer of batter on it. Roast the cheela from both sides until it becomes light golden brown.

If you want to crisp the cheela a little, then put some more oil on the cheela and bake it for 2 or 3 minutes more.

Your cheela is ready to serve.
