Crispy Corn Chaat is a great dinner appetizer, makes for a good tea time snack or can also be considered as a chaat. It is an easy dish to prepare and will be an instant hit among your family and friends.  Crispy corn chaat is served as a starter in most hotels and restaurants. It's a North Indian dish. I ate the Crispy Corn Chart as a starter at a Barbie Que Nation hotel. It was so tasty that I couldn't resist myself to eat it. Then I carefully tested the ingredients used in it and tried to make this starter at home. Finally i made this and became very tasty. So today I am going to share my own tasted recipe with you. I noticed in many recipe, they use corn flour, all purpose flour ( maida) and rice flour. but it is not necessary to use all it, corn flour and all purpose flour are sufficient to make crisp corn chaat. To make fried sweet corn chaat, first boil the sweet corn in water until it comes to a boil.Do not over cook it.Remove the corn kernels from the water and place it in a sieve and squeeze the water out of it.Now take out the corn kernels in a vessel and add corn flour and mix it well.Add salt and red chili powder to it and mix it well. Remove extra flour by sieving it.Now heat oil in a kadhai or pan. Once the oil is hot take a tablespoon of corn and scatter it inside the oil which is inside the kadhai.Be careful while fry the corn kernels because it can scatters on you and do not fry all of it together. Do bit by bit.Once the corn is crisp and golden treasfer it onto a kitchen towel. Now we will add some chopped onine and fresh chopped coriander leaves in it. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice in it.
